ordered 1 entree for delivery, it took over an hour to travel the 2 blocks to my apartment, and was slightly wrong. food was pretty good, but i am never ordering from here again.

Enh. Falafel pita was okay but not great. Just falafel, pita & some flavored hummus. Maybe could order with more ingredients to make it better (tomato, tsatsiki, etc.). Would have prefered plain hummus.

TERRIBLE - food didn't come for 1.5 hours, and when it came it was COLD. DON'T ORDER!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

Their hummus and babaganoush is the best around; however, they need to take more care with their delivery. They almost always fail to close their lids tightly, resulting in a soggy mediterranean mess all over my table.

Excellent food - it was fresh, tasty and simply delicious. The delivery (chicken and rice dish) arrived promptly and was nice and warm. Portions are huge - can definitely share one entree between two. Will definitely order from them again.

In the past I have been very happy with Pita Grill. However, I do not recommend ordering them through Seamless Web. The delivery time was double what I am used to. Seamless Web offers a discount of 25%, but I'm not sure how this equates to a longer delivery time. Food is decent and I'm never disappointed. Just order through Pitagrill.com.

Delivery was very late with poor communication. I ordered falaphel and got some horrible carrot and sprouts (I hate sprouts) wrap. Salad was delivered with NO dressing. Never order from them again.

Tough to get the order the way you like it from these guys. If you have any special requests, they'll be ignored. It's happened several times now. The food is pretty good, as long as you like it just how it comes.

Have to say Fish Tacos were good; however on the website it gives the option to switch the sides. I changed the side to Tabouleh as allowed on-line but when I called to tell them they sent the wrong item, I was told that I was not allowed to substitute. Why would this be an option online?? I also ordered the Grilled chicken pita with babaganoush and that was missing too. I called to tell them things were missing on the order and was told that nothing was missing and that he had personally packed the order. If you want to make sure you got what you ordered, check the back before the delivery leaves....

They consistently fail to read or acknowledge any special instruction or provide/offer necessary condiments. I really like the food, so it's a shame the service prevents me from ordering more often.

Obsessed with the fish tacos & the zone brownie. Order them several times a week. Delivery ranges from 30 min.-1hr depending on order time. Everything that I have ordered is always fresh and tastes great. Not the least expensive take out place but you pay for the quality.

I just ordered luch from them yesterday and had a great experience. i placed my order about 2:00 and got it about 2:40. Everything was very tasty and fresh. I had the vegetarian platter and thought everything was good. I will definetly order from them again.

Pita Grill has decent food, but they constantly mess up the orders! I've received orders that were missing items, salads without salad dressing (or worse, where it was packed so poorly that the dressing spilled all over the inside of the bag), items supposed to come with pita that were missing the pita (it's called the PITA grill, isn't it?!). The delivery guys are constantly late and don't speak English clearly enough to communicate the problem (and their hands are philthy when they show up!), and you get attitude when you call the restaurant to report a problem. Not a reliable standby, and I after tonight's fiasco, I'll stop ordering from there altogether. Management needs to know about these problems - there are too many other places in HK to deal with incompetance.

The food is good, but it takes at least 30-45 minutes PAST the estimated delivery time. Who wants to wait an hour and a half for cold food? You can get the same food elsewhere and they're actually capable of delivering. DONT waste your time.

Wonderful food! Very fresh, very reasonably priced. When the food arrived it was hot and still fresh, not soggy at all. Will definitely order from them again!

Apparently it is not possible to give 0 stars, but that is what this place deserves. I used to love eating here about 18 months ago, but it has steadily gone downhill. My last order from them will surely be my last order. The chicken was dried out, the lettuce was at best wilted, at worst, rancid. The fries tasted like grease sponges.

The falafel was burnt, and I ordered a carrot cake and received an apple crisp. It also took about 25 minutes longer then the estimated delivery time.

Pita grill is great for a healthy and light lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries if you want to cheat on the diet. Otherwise, the diffenct varieties of hummus and the wide selection of salads make this a great delivery dinner.
